Mark Booth (B.Eng Hons) is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Builders (FCIOB), and has earned an enviable industry reputation, having spent the past 20 years in Director level roles with housebuilders including Banner Homes, Dodd Homes and Miller Homes.

James O’Shea (B.Eng Hons) has been involved with the inception and growth of all entities, having previously managed Land Acquisitions and Land Departments for most of his career at housebuilders Banner Homes & CALA Homes. He is the CEO of Terra Strategic, a strategic land business focusing on long-term sites.

Julian Shovlin, a Business and Economics graduate, started his career through founding a market leading technology based retail services business, which has since expanded UK wide following several successful capital raises. Julian's entrepreneurial spirt and experience will support the delivery of strategy.

Sales & Marketing Director & Board Member

Kelly Sharman boasts an enviable track record in the industry, with more than 24 years’ experience of successfully driving the sales and marketing strategies for UK developers, including Lovell Homes, Rectory Homes and Banner Homes.

Planning Director & Board Member

Mark Gay is passionate about creating thoughtfully laid out, superior quality residential developments. Built on an impressive university education, he began his career at Banner Homes. As Planning Director, Mark oversees the planning function for all Group platforms.

Chief Finance Officer & Board Member

Dan Hurst is a chartered Accountant with CIMA who has worked in housebuilding since 2015, previously as Finance Manager at Morris Homes before moving to RECH in 2018. Dan oversees debt financing, cashflow management and forward capital requirements to ensure future business plans are achieved.
